Addison Park... Hotels?

Hi girls!!

Just wondering if any of the addison park brides have blocked off rooms for their wedding date yet.... and if so WHERE?!? Id like to check this one of my giant list this week! :)  Also, wondering in order to book a block of rooms - if a deposit is needed or how that exactly works... & if any AP brides have already had their wedding any reviews on hotels in the area?? Thanks in advance!

    I blocked off rooms at the Holiday Inn at Hazlet. I just called there and gave them when I needed the rooms. They gave me a code for a group rate. They will be blocked until a month before the wedding. I didn't have to pay any money and if the rooms aren't booked, they will just drop them.

    It was the closest hotel to the venue. I haven't stayed at that Holiday Inn but have stayed at others in the past. I know someone else who used the hotel after their wedding at Addison Park and had no problem with it so I went off their word. I do know that they charge a lot of money for transportation to and from the venue. I am most likely going to look for alternate transportation options.

    Check out the Courtyard Marriott in Red Bank.  Its right off Exit 109 on the GSP, so its not too far from Addison Park.  Their lobby was recently renovated and it looks great...they also have a bar if you want to continue the party after the reception!

    I'm getting married December 29th at The Addison Park and I booked The Holiday Inn.  I heard terrible reviews too but I went to visit in person and it's pretty nice for a Holiday Inn!  And they have a bar that will stay open till 2am and breakfast in the morning for $10pp!  The downfall is the transportation though.  The manager gave me a # to call for vans but's it's $300 for every 30 people so that can add up quick!  Good luck!  Let me know if anyone finds decent transportation!!
