Tipping Etiquette - Help!

Hi Everyone! My fiance and I are going back and forth discussing what vendor should and should not receive a tip. I have read owners should not receive a tip, however what if they bring additional help? (i.e. the main photographer is the owner, but brings a second shooter). Any ideas on tipping would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
