Limo question

Our reception (with maybe 10 people) is over at 10pm and we plan on going to a nightclub afterwards. I want to rent a limo to get from Maggiano's to the club and then get everyone back to their hotels. I have no idea how long we'll actually be out. Do I have to pay for the limo the whole time, or just maybe an hour to get us there and an hour back? I don't want to end up paying for a limo for 6 hours when we would only be using it for maybe an hour.

Hmmm it might be cheaper/easier to do taxis? I'm thinking you're going to have to pay for the limo the whole time you're in a club.

We are specifically using BellTrans because they allowed us to book our bus for separate hours. They were the only company we could find that allowed for that type of booking. However not sure how that would work if you don't know when you will need the later booking based on when you will be out until.

FI swears by being able to just walk outside the hotels and being able to get a limo. So you may want to arrange for a limo to pick you up after the reception. Then when you decide to leave the club at the end of the night if its a club inside a casino then theroetically according to FI you can just walk outside and get one like you would a taxi. I know this sounds ridicoulous but like I said FI swears it'll work. Thats his plan to get from our hotel to wedding venue.

I really like that you can walk out of a casino and pick up a limo! That's pretty cool. And good to know. I'm so glad FI and I are flying out four days before the wedding to take it all in.

I'm pretty sure you can split the hours of your rental or schedule two one-way pickups. I would call the limo companies directly.

I am with pp just walk outside of hotel and get a limo.  We did that all weekend long.  It was so much cheaper then getting a cab.  We went to Tobys bar and had 14 people we just walked out of Mandalay bay and got the limo then when we left we got into another.  So easy.  Plus you can really work on the price right there.
