25lbs lost! Wooo!

Any other Vegas brides lost weight that they wish to declare (or celebrate)?  I'm down 25lbs as of two days ago!  25 more to go and I have a year to do it in.  This should be cake, pardon the pun.

That's awesome Jen! You should be very proud of your accomplishment since it's hard work and dedication. You can definitely lose the other 25! Keep it up! The best way to lose weight is slowly so that you can't keep up with the progress and not gain everything back once you get to your target weight. 

People that lose it fast suffer from rebound (gain it all back + some) and it's not healthy on your body. You don't want to lose muscle along the way so slow and steady is the best way.
