Logistics question for someone familiar with the strip!

We are getting married at Chapel of the West and staying at Mandalay Bay. I've been told that they are right next to eachother but I guess that is sort of relative because of the size of the Mandalay property. But does anyone know if it would be walking distance for our guests to get to the Chapel from Mandalay? How far would it be? Thanks!

    According to Google Maps, it is .1 miles and a 3 minute walk. Seems doable to me, but I've never actually done it :)

    I would check with the chapel what side of MB they are on, because to be honest...MB is BIG and confusing, so even going from our room to the chapel was quite a walk...

    Honestly, it's probably about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Now I will say this; in October it's sometimes windy. I can remember it being super windy the past 3 years on my birthday (in October). So I would cab it - even though by the time you get a cab and get to/from Mandalay Bay - it would be the same as walking. You don't want to be a wind-swept bride on your wedding day! Congrats!

    Ok.... I will double check with my WC but thanks for the info! I am definitely not planning on walking myself with  my big dress and probably not the rest of the wedding party either but I wanted to know if it was do-able for the guests to walk if they so choose. Thank you!
