Recommendations on photo times?

Hi everyone!  I'm getting married in September and have already booked Bentley and Wilson photography.  I got the 8 hour package.
I'm starting to get ready at 1230.  Our ceremony is at 5 at Paris so he'll have to wait outside during the short ceremony.
Our ceremony is from 7-11 at Maggianos

Anyone have any ideas or when we should start doing photos?   Right now I think I have him starting at 3.

Thanks!

I think 3 sounds good.  We started getting ready at 9:30AM, but that was because I had 4 bridesmaids and my mom as part of the package.  We had Todd come in at 3, took pics of me getting into my dress & some detail shots, then went to the guys' suite for their getting ready pics. Ceremony was at 6, reception was from 6:30 - 11 so he got some awesome pics throughout the night at the reception.

You may find that the early stuff is better than the late stuff.  Once the party has been going a while it's all the same pictures over and over.  We had Mike L start around 11:30 which was about two hours after the girls started doing makeup, and me and the boys were just sitting around drinking and watching TV lol, good being a guy.  Anyway, that let them shoot a lot of pictures during the various stages of getting ready or me and the guys clowning around.  We sent them home about 20 minutes after the cake cutting with still two and a half hours left in the reception since at that point it was just everyone drinking and dancing and he had already gotten an hour of that stuff in the camera.  Probably good we had him earlier than later, a few people drank too much (open bar for eight hours) and I'd rather remember the getting ready stuff than drunken people needing to be sent to their rooms since I get pics of friends in that state most weekends lol.

Our times are similar to yours, getting ready starting at 11:30 and ceremony is at 5:00 off strip, we also have Todd for 8 hours. The timeline is something I haven't wanted to deal with yet, so thanks for starting the post!

    Cocktail hour starts a 6
    Dinner starts at 7

We have Mike L and Courtney from 9am to 5pm. The first 2 hours are going to be getting ready and detail shots. Then were going to do first look and bridal party pics til 12:50. We will meet back with them after the ceremony at 1:40. We will do a few more shots before leaving for the reception. Our reception ends at 6pm and they will be leaving at 5pm. I had to choose between getting ready pics and us leaving the reception pics. I chose the getting ready ones, but that's just me.
