So its been about a month and so I thought I would post my vendor reviews.

Ceremony and Reception Venue: The Belle House in Hamptonville, NC A+++
Beth and Larry are really great people to work with and the place was just beautiful! I loved that this little bed and breakfast is out in the country so there wasn't a lot of traffic going by. I don't even really remember any cars going by during the ceremony. If you are looking for a place for an outdoor wedding, this is it!
Photographer: Oh Snap Photography A++++++++
I love love love Becki and Melissa. They are so fun and easy to work with. I had my bridal portraits done with them too and they are amazing! The package prices are definately the best deal I found and you get so much!
Rental Company: A&J Rental in North Wilkesboro B
I went to reserve the chairs, tables, register stand, etc and I was told that they would have everything available for that day. My mom called the week before the wedding and they told her that some of the stuff that we had reserved wouldn't be available. They hadn't even called to let us know about it! Then they were supposed to arrive to set up at 9 the morning of the wedding, but they were several hours late, which put my mom being late to the hair appointment and then we were all rushed to get ready because we had to still set up tables. That was one part of the day I wish had gone smoother.
Bridal Gown and Bridesmaids Dresses: David's Bridal Winston Salem A
I would definately recommend going to David's during one of their $99 sales. I tried on lots of gorgous gowns for under $100. They had a great selection and most of the people there were easy to work with. However, when I went back later with one of my bridesmaid's to look at dresses, we were totally ignored. We were told we would be helped in about 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, we just left. All of my bridesmaids ended up ordering thier dresses online.
Tux Rentals: Men's Wearhouse Winston Salem D
They were absolutely horrible. The day we picked out tuxes was fine but then it all went downhill. First off our ring bearer just needed a bowtie because he already had a little suit to wear, so we just reserved the bowtie, and we were told it would be about $2. Two weeks before the wedding, I get a call from some lady that works there asking if the ring bearer needed anything and I told her about the bowtie. She then tells me that she had just cancelled that because she thought it was a mistake. She then proceeds to tell me that she will re-enter it and I will have to pay a rush fee to get it in on time. WTF! I told her it was not my fault and that I would not be paying the extra money, and she hung up on me.
The day we go to get the tuxes, the groom's and my brother's do not fit! They gave everyone the same size jacket, and they are not the same size. Then they tried to charge us $15 for the RB bowtie and I told the man who was working what had happened and he finally just gave me the bowtie. I guess he didn't want to hear me complain anymore lol. But I would definately recommend getting your tuxes elsewhere.
Food: Port a Pit Chicken in Statesville A+
To try and save some money, we had my brother go and pick up the food and bring it back to the venue. We opted out of servers because some of my family had offered to serve for us. Port a Pit lent us these coolers and warmers that kept everything nice and hot and the food was delicious! The only problem I had with them was that they are very difficult to get in touch with.
Everything else we did was DIY. A friend of my mom's did our cake and we did all the decorations ourselves, which was definately a lot cheaper. Hope this helps someone out!
