Reception Dinner

i am SO indecisive I can not decide on a restaurant for our dinner. I am open to any type of cuisine, does anyone have any suggestions?

    We are doing the deluxe dinner buffet at Nine Fine Irishmen, inside The New York New York. They have AMAZING food, and the whole place has a great feel. The bar was actually built in full in Ireland, taken apart piece by piece, flown to Vegas and then put back together. Super cool.

    How many peeps?
    Quite a few brides chose Maggianos.  There is also Trevi, Firefly, Wicked Spoon Buffet, etc.  I remember being quite overwhelmed since there were so many options.

    We are looking at about 20-25 people. How is the atmosphere at firefly? Also we are getting married at the silver sky chapel at the IP but I don't want to host the dinner there.
