Hair and Makeup

Hi Ladies,

I am getting married at country mill.  I live in Boston, so I would love some help

I have curly hair and use aveda color/ product.  I use clarins makeup and used to us jane iredale.  I have sensitive skin and go for more natural makeup.

Any suggestions for a salon for day of makeup and hair?

I also have thought about just doing my own with friends.  Thoughts??  Have any of you done that?

One other question- I am thinking of

Adeline Leigh Catering.  Thoughts?

PS- The whole concept of air brush feels funny.  Thoughts?

DD used Douglas J in Okemos for hair, they are an Aveda salon and do makeup as well.  She had Angela Noble come to the hotel for airbrush makeup.  Anglea did a great job and the airbrush makeup didn't feel as strange as I thought it would and it held up really well.

If budget is an issue, Douglas J has an the Douglas J Academy in East Lansing that performs the same services, under the direction of a senior person for a lower price.
