I must confess that lately I haven't been visiting this board. And when I have, I've only lurked for a couple minutes.

I remembered about it just now and thought I'd pop in and say hi, morning and see how everyone is doing. Any fun plans for the weekend? Superbowl parties?

Sunday morning H and I have a bowling tournament, then we're having some people over to watch the Super Bowl.

FI and I don't have too many exciting plans for this weekend. We're not big superbowl fans, so I'll probably be watching the Puppy Bowl with the Kitty Half-Time Show.

I'm currently working on homework. I have an huge oral presentation on Wednesday, and that pretty much determines whether I get my master's degree or not. So yeah, my stress level is pretty high right now.

FI and I will be enjoying our superbowl tradition of going to the mall, it's always practically empty! We aren't big sports people.  JustDance, now I'm nervous for you! your presentation will go great! What will your Masters Degree (which you will totally get) be in?

Thanks for the good thoughts! I'm getting my degree in speech-language pathology. It's just terrifying that this oral presentation determines my future, especially since I've come so far with this program. I'm sure I'll do just fine, but it's still nerve-wracking. :)

I bet! I just a few weeks ago decided that the thesis topic I had been working on for a semester was terrible, and am starting from square one.  I would be super nervous too, and I LOVE public speaking.  I'll have to remember to put out good vibes into the universe for you

Also, I think I've said this before, but your cat is really cute.  His expression in the one with the wrapping paper is priceless.

Thank you! He's very cute, but he's very spoiled. He's the only cat in the house, so he gets treated like a little prince.

Sounds like everyone's weekends are going to be good.

FI and I are chilling tonight and playing a game together (online - I know we're nerds :P)
Tomorrow my parents have invited us over for dinner so we'll go visit them for a bit then Sunday we've been invited to a Superbowl party (I hate watching football on the TV so I'm not too thrilled about going to be honest - I know I know, it's different because it's the superbowl but I'm just feeling like staying home in my pj's curled up with my book - oh and also a book nerd lol) Maybe Sunday I'll change my mind and go haha.

Gabrielle - Have fun @ the mall! I'm envious. I'm on a strict spending diet and would be very tempted at the mall to break it lol

I have to work tomorrow.  Then we are meeting with the Reverend at church.  FI wants to see a movie and go to Macys/BBB to use the scanning gun to do some registering.

The cat pictured below is one of 5, he is still a spoiled little prince 6 if I count the dog that thinks she is a cat.

I know becka....makes it worse im from boston.......love all 3 other Boston teams though. Sssdd...i tripped over a boot and just happened to land on my open hand just right. Its a pain ive never felt....and I felt labor for 23 hours...
