Finally feeling real!!!!!

FI and I ordered our invitations last night!!!! Even after all we have done.... to this point it hasn't really seemed real.  Ordering our invitations did it for me!!!!!!

What was your turning point that really made you say "wow, I'm getting married!!!"

For me, it was when I put the Save the Dates in the mail !

Talking about it with my future inlaws.... we have a really great relationship already, but they never really talked about it with us until about a month ago. And it was fantastic

When I went dress shopping and saw myself in a dress for the first time.

I've had a few  wow it's really happening moments recently.  One was definitely going to my first dress fitting.  Another is approaching with my RSVP deadline.  I'm making my second payments to the florist and photographer which always seemed so far away but are now due 1 month before the wedding.

it really hasnt hit me yet. and we are at the 5 month 3 week mark. i think it will feel real when we finally get invites ordered or the first time someone calls me by mistake mrs.(new last name)
