So, technically, this wasn't really a"fitting" so much as a "Time to rip this sucker apart and make it what I want" appointment. Please ignore my hair. It was flat ironed...then it rained. Hello poodle.
So, the dress -
I want a corset. My dress has a zipper. In order to get it to corset right, I had to order it small. I am a 20W. This is taken in a 14W :P YEESH it was tight but it will give you the general idea.
The dress is already bustled in this pic. Because the train is just under 9.5 ft, I had to have a Austrian bustle (think 2 bigger in the center, and 2 smaller on either side) Also, this is without the extra crinoline she is adding.
Once it's done, my grandmother's emerald and diamond broach will be sewn onto the sash (so I don't lose it ;P)
Crappy cell pic my mom tried to take since I forgot my cam:

Also, this is hanging really low because the back is basically pinned on in the pics. She is adding 4 bones in front, 4 in back to give it more Oomf to the girls

And lastly, this lady is AMAZING. She is sewing in cups and boning so I don't have to wear a strapless bra. She is my hero.

I had my first fitting this weekend too - it went well but was a reminder that I need to get in gear loosing some weight and toning my upper body.
