Has anyone been to a wedding there? What did you think?

This is where I'm getting married on October 1st! Micheal Williams is awesome (although difficult to get ahold of sometimes) They also allow you to borrow a lot of items so you don't have to purchase things you'll never use again (arch, cake cutters, toasting glasses, table numbers, centerpieces) I have two friends who have been to weddings there (one outside, one inside) I've been told the outside one was wonderful, and the inside one was decent (has to be in same room as reception).

Thanks! I've decided to go with Martindale, but it won't be until next year. I will be interested to hear how your wedding goes!! So far, I have had the same experience with Michael Williams. Only met him once. Really liked him, but yes, sometimes hard to get ahold of!!

Stick with phone calls he never responds to emails. Also he allowed us to watch a ceremony before we made our decision. My FI and I enjoyed blue moons on the porch watching a wedding reception and we knew it was perfect for us! congrats! What time of year?

August 2012. Now that I have venue picked out I can start thinking about all the details! I hope you will share pics, etc. from your wedding!!

Of course! and don't be afraid to personally message me for ideas for other local vendors! I won almost every vendor at a bridal show! So we have discounts on almost all of ours. We didn't pick them just because of the discounts they really were the best it just worked out that way.

I was in a wedding there a few weeks ago!  Beautiful location & the entire wedding party took golf carts throughout the course for pictures.  Good luck!
