My mom has been searching all over, and we cannot seem to find the dress she's looking for for my wedding. We've done David's Bridal, Macy's, Madeline's Daughter, and tons of shops in the Old Port/Portsmouth. Online seems like the last resort, but she doesn't feel comfortable ordering a dress online.
It is prom season, so I'm hoping inventory might change in the next few weeks. My mom is a younger mom (50), so she doesn't want the matronly, sparkly dress with jacket. She can pull off something younger. Any suggestions as to where else we should look?
Re: Mother of Bride dresses?
If I can find pics of what she bought later, I'll post them.

Yes, it really is!
Also, you can go to the same website: http://www.impressionbridal.com/collections.php?cat=33&p=1
this is under the collection la perle section, which is the mother of bride series, have her pick out something she likes and then call bill and bobs in newington, nh, they carry that series so they may have it. Good luck
