We went to NYC today to meet with the jeweler who made my e-ring and he's making a matching wedding band! I'm soo excited and glad that this is finally checked off. We also looked around at jewelry stores and found FI his ring too. He wanted a tungsten carbide ring so it was easy to find and MUCH cheaper than mine. Both are ordered and should be in the mail in a few months :-)
Also, I wanted to update you ladies on the reactions we've gotten from the subpoena STDs...people freaked out! It was hilarious the emails and texts I got. Some people who own their own businesses thought they were in trouble with clients, some thought that WE were having domestic problems and they had to show up to talk about us (LOL) and most people had no idea what they did wrong. It was great...I honestly didn't expect reactions like that especially from the cops that FI invited from his police department! One guy's wife called him about the letter in the mail and told her not to open it in case it was police stuff (even though her name was on the envelope) and he ran home to get it. :-) It was one of FI's best ideas yet.
