Do you sleep with your ring on??

I used to wear it 24/7 but I started to get a hard spot of skin under my ring. I started taking it off when I shower, drying it really well when I wash my hands, and taking it off when I sleep and now my finger is back to normal!

I only take mine off to shower or if it will get messy. I wear it at work most of the time depending on which area I'm in for the night. (I clean and sterilize instruments for surgery) so when Im cleaning I have to wear gloves so I take it off then. And occasionally if im colder because it annoys the daylights out of me when it keeps slipping and I'm trying to type or whatever. I clean my ring often so I don't mind if it gets a little dirty.

I sleep with mine on.  But I do not cook, workout or put lotion on with it on.  I will sometimes take it off for showering.  I will take it off at work sometimes.  i work in a doctors office and wash my hands all day long and put lotion on after every time I wash my hands.  I am considering a band just for work.

I only take mine off to shower (my hair is half-way down my back and curly) and get my hair products in.  Then I wash my hands, put lotion on, and the ring goes back on.

When I was sick a few months ago, I was so dehydrated that it was falling off, so I moved it over to my middle finger because i DESPERATELY wanted to have it on! ;-)

I look at it this way...I waited for 18 months for her to ask and give me the ring, I want to wear it as much as I can.  I love the feeling of butterflies in my stomach every time I look down at it during the day!!!!
