I know there's a 'Getting in Shape' board, just wondering if any of my fellow Sept 2012 brides are starting the process of getting themselves disciplined in this area?
I was always heavily involved in physical activity (I actually have a third degree black belt in karate) until about a year ago. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, and obviously my ability to work out dropped off the face of the earth. I am starting to feel back up to doing so again, and so have started the process of hopefully losing the 30lbs that I put on during that time....
I have started both the 100 Pushup Challenge (

just to try and get myself going, as well as attempting to incorporate some cardio on my off days (running, biking, that kind of thing).
I used to be to the point that I was just about to get my licence as a CrossFit trainer ( http://www.crossfit.com ) so I am a FAR cry from before, but determined to get back there lol
Anyone else hitting the workouts hard? Anyone doing either of the challenges?
