How to get addresses into an Avery Template on Word

How do we export our invitation addresses into Avery Template 5160 on MS Word?
So far I only found a way to export to excel.

Thank you,

  • It's not the best idea to use labels for mailing your wedding invites - I think of labels and I think of junk mail.

But to answer your question in case you need to do this for future mailings: The best way I know how to do it is export to Excel, then create a Mail Merge into a Word document. If you google Excelt to Word mail merge you'll find all sorts of tutorials.
  • Hi there, I put together my guest list in excel and then you need to save and close it. Then do a mail merge in word and open it. I did my labels this way so I have them ready for the save the dates, invites, and thank you cards.

It might not be the classiest way to go about it but it is saving me hours of time by being able to just click print again for an envelope that will likely be pitched as soon as someone opens it.

<div>It would be just as easy and take just as much time to print directly onto the envelopes, and that will look so much nicer than labels would. Even if they do get thrown away, the envelope is the very first impression you give guests about your wedding.</div>
