RSVP trouble #2 :(

Pertaining to the knot website RSVP/Guest Manager tool....
Does anyone know how to add more than two children to a guest party? Also, when my guests RSVP it requires them to enter an e-mail address. Most of the children do not have an e-mail address and so it doesn't let their parents RSVP for them..

    Are you using TK's website for guest replies?

    FWIW, it's been known to be unreliable.

    I did it once, but forgot what I did. I needed to get them off the list, but ended up deleting the entry and redoing it. Sorry!

    I will try your suggestion with the export guide :)
    I think there is something wrong with the e-mail portion in the guest reply because it is requiring all of the guests to enter their e-mail. I have contacted the knot twice now and no one has gotten back to me. I am assuming they are busy? All of my guests have been directed to RSVP on theknot.com !!! This is not fun :( Setting RSVPing online was suppose to make this part of the wedding planning easier and more fun.
