Registry Stalking

Am I the only one who stalks my registries?  When I say stalk I mean I check once a week or so.  

I was checking this morning and someone got 2 things off of our Bed Bath and Beyond registry and I was extremely excited.  Excited enough to not be as mad as I was that the professor I was supposed to meet with apparently forgot about our meeting.  I've been sitting here for 18 minutes past when he should have been here.

Is anyone else hoping to get some registry stuff for Christmas maybe?

I keep hinting to my mom that she should check out our registries.  That would save us from the usual bad sweaters or other weird gifts she comes up with.  But, knowing her, she probably already has her shopping done.

I did tell FI's mom last weekend that we had our registries at BBB and Menards pretty much done, so maybe she'll take the hint, since she's usually struggling to figure out what to get for us.

I have checked ours a few times but nothing has been bought yet.

We haven't registered yet. Hopefully we will by the beginning of December. I'm going to TRY not to stalk the registries, but I'm not sure how successful I'll be.

We haven't registered yet either... I go back and fourth when it comes to registering... Since we already live together we have mostly everything we need. We may end up doing a small one just in case someone wants to get us a gift.

I stalk mine 2 and my mom has already made it clear our x-mas gifts will most likely be coming off of that.

We live together too, but I still made a small registry. If you don't you'll probably end up with things you don't want or need. I registered for stuff like snorkling gear for our honeymoon, kings size sheets in hope that we will buy a king size bed soon, a few random kitchen gadgets we are missing, luggage for the honey moon, etc.

I registery stalked like crazy before my shower.  Now that the shower is over, it's a little sad to not have to do it anymore.

I've checked every once in a while just to see if things get discontinued and whatnot. Also been looking at FI's cousin's registry since they're getting married at the end of December to figure out what we'll get them as a wedding gift.

We haven't registered yet, but I feel like I will want to be somewhat surprised and won't stalk it.

Not only do we live together, but FI is a pampered chef consultant, so we have more kitchen stuff than our cabinets can hold. We did need a plate set and silverware, so we registered for that, but the rest is all fun stuff. We knew our friends would want to have something to get us, but wouldn't have a ton of money to spend, which is also why they wouldn't just want to write a check. It's all stuff we wouldn't actually get for ourselves, but would find it awesome to have, like a cotton candy maker! Or Star Wars pancake molds!
