What's your favorite cookie?

So - every year for Christmas my mom makes all of us a batch of our favorite cookie, or cookie of choice.  I really don't have a favorite cookie, so I tend to get something new each year.So - what's your favorite?  Maybe it'll give me some ideas. :)  She just sent us all an email today to find out what we want.

I'm boring. My absolute favorite is a gooey chocolate chip with either walnuts or pecans. The tollhouse recipe is perfect, but I like to make BIG cookies from it, so the entire recipe makes about 10 cookies total.

I love ALL cookies!   Peanut butter cookies with reese cups in the middle are pretty fantastic!  And pumpkin chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, and chocolate chip.  Those are probably at the top of my list...

My favorite are our family's "Polish cookies" (yeah that's what we call them) with the prune filling. Sounds gross, but they are amazing. But, I guess that doesn't really help you decide, unless your mom wants the recipe! :)

I love all cookies. So much. If I could marry a cookie, I would have. :-P Do buckeyes count as cookies? If so, that's my answer!

KR - buckeyes are extremely easy.  They are only a PITA when dipping the chocolate if you try to keep the 'eye'.

Jenn - only the best things ever!  They're meant to look like the Buckeye nut, from Ohio (which, by the way, is poisonous - so don't try to eat it.) :p KR - I tried using a toothpick to hold it, but it was difficult to keep it on there.  If you think of or hear a better method, let me know.

If you go to a bakery you can probably find them.  I doubt if you go someplace like Giant Eagle that you'll find them though.
