I'm using my Cricut to cut out numbers and then write each person's name on the number and attach a ribbon to the top. Not sure how I'm going to display them yet.

Instead of escort cards we're doing blackboards with everyone's names on it. They'll be one at cocktail hour in case people want to jump start and one at the reception space.

we're not doing individual cards...just assigning everyone a table and let them decide where at that table to sit.

We're doing faux Polaroid pictures of each guest similar to the picture below, but they will be displayed on ribbon board. And then at each place setting there will be a photo holder for the Polaroid to go in so the servers know who gets what meal.
