So I know a lot of you have used Catprint and really liked them, but they keep screwing up my order! I had 6 jobs with them. First they send the proofs for 5 of the jobs, but not the last job. They say it was sent, they resend, I still never received it.
So send updated files for all the jobs, and go ahead and approve all of them to be printed even though I never received the last proof. So I finally get my order, 2 days later than I was supposed to, and on 2 of the jobs the color is completely different from the other jobs, which is impossible because they all used the same background file. They say they can do a reprint, and then they say they did a test reprint and that it's the file and not their printer. Which is a flat out lie because the files all had the same background picture! So I resend the files and they were supposed to reprint yesterday, but as of today there is still no shipping email, which means they didn't print.
And the 6th job was not sent at all with the first shipment. So they finally send the 6th job, and instead of using the updated file, they used the old file. So now I have to wait for that to be printed!
I'm so frustrated with this. If the different color purple didn't look terrible with the other reply cards, I would just ask for all my money back and use what they've sent me so far, but it's electric purple and looks TERRIBLE. I guess you get what you pay for. Their customer service has been so terrible with communication and instead of calling to clarify something, they just guess and then get the order wrong. I would never recommend them to anyone!
Sorry, I just needed to vent. I'm going to be over a week late getting the invites out now, even though I ordered my stuff from Catprint over 3 weeks ago.
