I'M OFFICALLY HYPHENATED!! *YAY*

My work changed our emails this week. I just go my new account and my last name (for work) is  OFFICALLY  MyName-HisName. When I saw that I talked to my boss and was like "aww! that makes me even more excited!" and she was like, well, it will be legally official in about a month, when we'll address pay, etc...but we thought with the email system we'd just start you fresh. It made me SO happy!! plus I thought it was supper nice that she remembered what I was planning to do (with the name change).

...it's the little things in life.lol

That's so wonderful congrats!!!  I can't start any name change stuff at my work until I'm officially married, but I'm a notary public so I can keep signing my maiden name for the next 4 years haha.

Lol Im a notary public too, and I have been since 2007, so my commission expires April 30, 2012 and Im getting married May 4, 2012 so I'll just renew my notary after I get my name change :)

My boss officially changed my name by having all my letterhead re-printed and changing my name on the building.  It's fun to drive past my office and see my new name there.
