Hey ladies! I was wondering if any of you could recommend some great non-intense beginner Yoga DVDs. My ankle cast is coming off on Monday, the 29th and FI suggested that a great way to begin to get some muscle tone back (my calf and thigh are like half the size of my other leg LOL) would be to do some easy Yoga.
I have the Jillian Michaels Yoga DVD (never used it, I broke my ankle a few days after I purchased it) but considering I use her other DVDs in my workout routine, I know that she is intense and I feel like her Yoga dvd might be the same.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance!
