Reception Halls in CT that let you bring your own food

Does anyone know any reception halls in CT that let you bring your own food and alcohol - and isn't 'dumpy'.  We have a LOW budget and are thinking of doing a 'pot luck' style reception and Ive looked at Hilltop in East Hartford and its not bad, but I'm not sure if it will hold everyone .  We are having probably 120 guests at minimum.  I llike to Tolland Lodge but the most that will hold is 100 guests.
I looked at Wickham park (I don't remember their food requirements) but the rental fees are 3500!! I dont want to pay that much to rent a place!! I want to pay that much at MOST for a DJ and Photographer and JP!
Anyone with ANY great place that'd be awesome.  If by the water, that'd be even better!!
