    This is WAY too long. I'm sorry but at weddings you should give toasts not speeches and a toast ideally shouldn't be longer than about a minute and a half.

    The very last part of what you've written would be perfect - short, sweet and to the point. It honors the bride and groom, is clearly heartfelt, and everyone will appreciate it being short.

    ETA: Additionally the majority of this speech was about you, not the bride and groom which isn't really appropriate or what should be the focus.
