Help!!! I'm a little less then a month away from my engagement party. I still have not came up with an idea for an easy beach themed centerpiece. I CANNOT use CANDLES or FLOWERS except ROSES. Which leaves me pretty much with sand, shells, and sea glass etc. Any clever ideas? My colors we are incorporating royal blue and turquoise. Thank you again!!
