Optional topless, all inclusive, affordable

I really like the idea of an all inclusive resort. I would also like to fully live my youth and go to a topless optional beach, not fully nude though. I'm a little hesistant of Mexico but would like somewhere with a beautiful beach and lots of activities. I was checking out Couples resort but it's about $3600 (including airfare), which is a lot of money, I'd like to find somewhere for less if possible. Anyone have any suggestions?

    I believe part ofOrient Bay beach on St. Maarten is clothing optional.  I only stopped into St. Maarten for a day on a cruise, but what I saw of the island was very nice.

    I was going to say Couples. I think that will be your most affordable option, unfortunately. Couples Tower Isle or Sans Souci will be the least expensive of the group.

    Punta Cana Dominican Republic, Topless Beaches, beautiful waters, awesome weather. Did 4 days 5 nights for 2 all inclusive for $2400 (incuding airfare)
