My fiancee and I are trying to keep our guest list small as I don't want more than 100 people at my wedding and we're on a small budget. Is it ok to invite people without guests or do you need to invite everyone with a guest?
If that person is married or in a long term relationship ( I say 6 months or more) then their SO should be invited as well, by name. It is your choice whether or not to invite other single guests with a plus one.
See, and I consider a long term relationship 1 year plus, and I don't think living together is a good line either.
Some people move in with each other after a month of knowing them and they shouldn't get an invite over someone who isn't living together and been together for a year.
Right, sorrry I did not clarify, if people are married, engaged or in long term relationships I would invite them but, do I have to invite my single guests with a guest?
I'm doing if they are living together/married or if they are not going to know anyone. I have a cousin who was really mean about marriage (she's jealous) to me, she has a beau but she isn't getting a plus one. Most of my friends are single and don't care about getting plus one.
You don't have to invite your single friends with a guest but it's a good thing to budget that they'll be in LTR by the time you get married. Since you have a year and a half until then, it's best to be on the safe side as far as a head count would be concerned.
I think the older you get, the shorter a relationship needs to be in order for it to be considered "long term". A few years ago I would have said that it had to be a year but I now know many people who are living together and engaged by that point. You really need to look at the relationship itself to see if it's "serious' or just a fling.

This is crap.
Your wedding should not be used to get out your passive-aggressive tendencies.

I wonder how her fiance would feel to know that I have his work email address. If you don't care about your own privacy, at least have some respect for your fiance and take his last name down.
I would feel awkward inviting anyone without a guest if they so choose and would find things to cut otherwise to afford it. What are people w/o dates supposed to do during dancing...do shots at the bar!?

The trick for remembering the difference is:
fiance - one "e", guy has one appendage
fiancee - two "e"s, girl has 2 bewbs
