ha sesh. I know this isn't right, but for some reason that description made me think of Jumanji.

When I was in grade 3, there was a games corner and if you finished your work early you could go play games. Everyone always went and played stuff like this:

  • Sesh, you and Shay are both ridiculously gorgeous.

No, but we used to play Jumanji too! But we'd take  the cards and just pretend like it was all happening. Hide underneath a blanket from the  huge bugs, run around the house from the lion.

Our favorite game was lava monster. We used the pullout couch my brother slept on at my dad's and the monster was under it, and the others on the bed. the monster had to tag someone on the bed but could only come out so far, and the people on the bed could taunt the monster by peeking over the edge.

    ETA - thanks, LP!

    Cute Simon, sitting pretty

I love this picture, it's my parents' (and my) dog, wearing these effing "Doggles" that my dad bought for her.  She is NOT pleased.

This is the fawn that was in my backyard last week

Do  you guys get lipton chicken noodle soup there? When I was a kid, maybe 5 or 6 years old MAX there was a special variety called alligator soup and the noodles were shaped like alligators. I know it existed and Ive confirmed that on the internet but I cant find pics. I have very vivid memories of eating it and watching land before time while sitting in this little wooden rocking chair I had. This memory kills me because I need to find a picture of this soup to show someone it was real cause no one i know remembers it.
  • We have 6 versions of Monopoly currently.  6.  I refuse to get the one with the electronic thing that counts your money.  Part of the fun of Monopoly is having the stacks of paper money in front of you!
