Step by step Pip instructions for Picasa

Can anyone tell me how to Pip that uses picasa web to store pics please. I can't figure it out :(

    I don't think you can PIP from the web since html isn't allowed in posts... but maybe someone else can help with this? I use Picasa for the siggy pics (html is allowed in your signature).

    You can PIP with a picture stored on your computer by clicking the little icon that looks like a tree at the bottom of the reply box. It's next to the spell check icon. Just click it, browse for the file on your computer, select it and click open. Then, click save, and it should post like this...
