I was thinking a good way for me to jump start my weight loss (I need to lose some serious pounds before I get married next year) would be to join a 3x a week 4 week long boot camp that my park and rec offers. I'm of course going to work out on my own first (don't want to be the one fainting the first day) for about a month in a half before I join the boot camp class, and I was also thinking about doing yoga once a week. My biggest thing is I need to stop eating carbs and drinking soda (it's like a drug, every day at the same time I need a coke) but I'm not sure what the best way to go about cutting carbs out of my diet would be ... I've known people who have done the carb-free diet and have actually become sick ... And I was wondering if anyone on here has tried the carb-free diets? and how did they work for you?
