One of his readers found a bar in the country club and brought his beer into the ceremony. He was drinking from it and put it down when he got up to read.

2: If you were asked to be in a wedding and the dress was disgusting, would you still wear it? Yeah I would. I wore a horrible brown dress as a BM for a friend. The color wasn't what bothered me - I actually like darker dresses. But it was a halter dress and my DD tits were the smallest of the bridal party. We looked like Tits Magee's whore cousins lined up in front of the church. So awful.

Probably the one I spoke of yesterday - the one where more than half the people there were shitface drunk, the bride got a shirtless lapdance from the best man and the groom rolled around in a drunken shame-pile on the floor with two bridesmaids. That one, or the PPD Ben and I went to last fall - they ran out of food, their band was over an hour late and the decorations were falling down all over the place. The bride even gave a crap job to one of her friends - the poor girl had to hand out "name cards" to people as they walked in. You could write your name on them and that way you wouldn't forget where you were sitting. ...Yeah.

Fiance are are are going to a wedding next weekend. The bride is 7 months pregnant and her wedding is a pot luck reception. Her invitations requested that we call to find out our "assigned dish". We RSVPed yes but didn't call to find out which food item they want us to bring. I refuse to feed their wedding guests. I expect their will be other tacky things at the actual wedding.

I do most of my shopping online. I mostly buy nook books at Barnes and Noble and clothes at Ann Taylor Loft, American Eagle, Express, and VS. Amazon and Etsy are great too but I don't shop their very often.

I've totally been to a wedding with a port-o-potty. Coincidentally this was the same wedding where it rained the entire time and there wasn't enough room for people in the quonset (where the wedding was being held) so people sat under a tent outside - with wind blowing rain into the tent. A tornado ripped the roof off a shed a mile away. The bride had mud all over her dress and when the pastor presented the couple to the guests the power went out.

Oh and apparently I need to clarify that I was not the AE last night. My wedding is coming up but fiance and I haven't had our B parties yet. I totally wouldn't care if fiance smoked weed...he actually does from time to time. Why don't I know who Brandi is?

OH and I just remembered another tacky wedding. Fiance's cousin had her ceremony moved to inside the reception location because of rain. They made the mistake of opening the (cash) bar right from the start. By the time the ceremony started, tons of people were drinking. They also had us sit at our round tables like they were already set up for the reception. I couldn't hear or see anything from my seat.

Yeah but I would bitccch about having to pay for a ugly dress for the entire duration of the engagement and likely for several months after. And I'd untag any pics that ended up on FB.

I am also thinking it's a lurker. They knew if they were just some random that they'd get ripped to shreds (which they kinda did anyway). Though if I had to guess I'd say it's Chels. Too early for Brandi's B-party extraganzas and the only other people I can think of that are getting married soon are Midge and Mehgbo and I know Midge's FI would never do those things and I don't think Mehgbo would post about it, she'd just beat his ass.

For what it's worth, my B-party was last weekend (I put a few pics up on yesterdays night thread) and FI's is this weekend.

Let me just throw this out there- I hate outdoor weddings, especially in the hot part of the summer. SIL's wedding was completely outdoors. It rained right before the ceremony, so everything was wet and muggy and the bugs were awful because we were right next to a lake. And even with the fancy pants port-a-pottys she had, it was still gross.

I honestly don't know. I was asked to be in a quincenera once and the girl wanted low back or backless dresses for us. I said no because that would look really bad on me and I didn't have the body type for it.
