That wouldbe great! They have about 160 guests right now (invited). They have a lot more, but have narrowed it to that because of their budget. I don't think they have a particular type of venue in mind, but they live in Danbury and a lot of the guests are from the Southbury area. Thanks again!
Also, if they're willing to travel a little bit, The Seasons at the Tradition is quite honestly a steal in my eyes and the people there were really great, we actually almost booked our wedding there: http://www.seasonsatthetradition.com/menu-wedding-package.html
That may have been the all include price there. They did do an extravagant wedding so the prices may be alot cheaper than what they chose. It was a beautiful wedding and the ballroom is great.
Hi! I work at the Omni and the prices do range from $65ish and up. When you get into the $100 per person that includes a five hour open bar, hors d'oeuvres, a room for the night for the B&G and a lot more! I can email you the 2010 wedding packages since I work at the Omni. Give me a call or email - 203-974-6713 or akelleher@omnihotels.com and I'll send them over! Hope to hear from you soon! -Alexis
Re: Omni New Haven
I am helping a friend of mine with a VERY tight budget plan her wedding and this looked really reasonable.
