I replied to a crazy chick over on Just engaged about how she wanted to force her BF to propose.... so they could not get married for 5 years. ooookay. I gave a nice reply, and then I checked my pm's. She sent me a PM, asking me to delete my post so her BF doesn't see it. Yes, I was the only one who quoted her. And another girl quoted her response.

Seriously. If you can't handle a mature conversation with your boyfriend about how badly you want to get engaged, you should not get engaged.

I just hope SarahSmile doesn't get a headache over this.

I think it is weirdo day. Things were really calm for awhile, but the crazy has hit the fan again. There's the honeymoon registry crap that people are still arguing over and now a girl on Attire asked if we liked some earrings she was going to give as a gift to her BM. I told her that they should get something else (which they are) because something for her wedding isn't a gift. She said she doesn't agree with that rule, because that's what she's always gotten in weddings. Where does all the stupid come from?

Y'all should see all the lurking MUD crazies that came out on the WP last night and today to "discuss" whether a pants suit on a woman is considered formal wear. The OP got the advice and ideas she needed within the first few posts, and then all these weirdos came out of the woodwork to throw in the "Its my day you, will do what I want" card. I think its still being discussed, which is a recent record for that board.

I'm not deleting. She posted & I responded. I think it is all based on her immaturity, maybe this will help her think about the situation more.

I haven't responded to her PM & I plan to ignore her from here on out.

I missed out on my slutty patch :( Ok, not a sad face, I never wanted one.I am glad FI had one though. At least he knows what else is out there and he's happy with me. I regret the one other person that wasn't FI.

I know I'm not perfect and such, but am glad I had the experiences I had in my late teens. I wouldn't be the same now if not for my slutty patch then. Fi didn't really have a slutty patch, which he is mostly okay with, I think.

how would you ladies feel about editing her name out of the quotes in your responses? then if she deletes her posts and wants to change her sn to something other than her real name she can't ask me or Annie to delete the whole thread because her real name is mentioned. fair compromise? you can even PM her back and pretend like you thought of it yourselves! i don't see any reason for the content to be deleted, though.

I don't think it is the first last name thing is the reason she wants every single post deleted (but maybe now after you told her). She thinks her boyfriend is going to get an account on the knot & they will plan on here together (from the PM). ok no more poking the bear, I'm going to bed now too.

According to her, it is not 'her account' but rather 'their account.' I don't think she is afraid of him coming on. I think that she is being 17.
