I just wanted to say that I vote we start calling cmgilpin "Cmigs" because calling her CMG has me confusing her with CMGr in every. single. thread.

Also I wish we had a mod to ban Shlby. She was mildly entertaining before, but she's derailing decent threads now, and that sucks.

We have a pure-breed Basset, who was a rescue. She was also the runt, so she's smaller than the average Basset Hound, yet has larger ears than the Basset Hound. It's an awesome combination.

We also have another dog who is a mix (Lab, Pit, Aussie, Husky).

I've gotten myself into trouble recently. We were watching 'Too Cute', and it's full of puppies and kittens, etc. I wish we could have more. These kiddos make our lives interesting. :)

NCSU, I would definitely get a Maltese - they're small and easy to train, so they're good "starter" dogs. H and I grew up with dogs, but we've never owned our own before, so I want to make sure we don't bite off more than we can chew. I love Boston Terriers too, but H isn't into their pushed-in faces, and they are stubborn.

C, I will not call you cmigs. I just kept getting confused and was looking for a solution. :-)
