  I got mine through premier limos... the limo itself seemed a bit expensive to me but its for 8-10 people... their shuttle prices were really good, theyre probably worth calling.

  We used Premiere as well and they were great!  On time, professional service. I still question the route they took to the reception hall, but that's another matter!  I believe 99% of the limo companies around have a 4 hour minomum for weddings.  You could posisbly rent a nice car and have a friend drive you if all you need is an hour and half.  GL!
