Re: Hi!

  • Bay I hope to goodness he does not try and turn this shiit around on you like he did with the text messages. Decisions in a marriage need to be made TOGETHER and for the best interest of BOTH parties, not just the one who feels homesick.

Stay strong and do what you think is right (don't move to MA tomorrow).

[QUOTE]And the cvntbitch that came in between your marriage is there as well. I am sorry bay. Your H pisses me off. I thought he had agreed to cut off communication with her? I would absolutely NOT want to move to MA if that means moving closer to her. How can he not see how that makes you feel? His mother having surgery or not has nothing to do with it in my eyes. That is on his mom to use the telephone, not on you to change your life RIGHT NOW. Fvck that noise bay.

<div>But he never did agree, remember?  The counselor told bay it was partly her fault for going through his phone.  LIke she is part of the problem.  That's bullshiit to me.  He's holding on to every little word the counselor says and twisting it to his benefit at this point.  </div><div>
    </div><div>He's being a sneak.  </div><div>
</div><div>Ok, seriously I'm done b/c I'm going to make people hate me.  </div>
  • Rach, I love yours too!

Bay, are y'all only doing the couples counseling or do you have individual sessions as well? I think both of you (mostly him) might benefit from talking to someone else, alone, and hearing more opinions.
  • Rach your ring is beautiful!
  • To be honest, I would go through H's phone in a heartbeat if I suspected something. I dno't give a damn if it's an invasion of privacy. If he had something to hide, you can be damn sure I'll find it.
  • Anna and Rach, I love both of your rings.  Very pretty.  Glad you fixed the picture Anna, I was a little sad that I could not see it.

Bay, please know we all care about your well being and want what is best for you.  Be strong girl, you can do this.
  • Good Morning. I have been avoiding the TK because all the WR stuff is too much. It has been crazy here lately.

Bay, I am really sorry. I agree with Stacks. I honestly don't understand how he could be friends with her still. He is being so selfish. Maybe I'm just a biitch but if that was me I would tell H he couldn't be friends with her if he wanted to make our marriage work.

  • Bay, I know you don't "know" me but I've always thought you seem like a really sweet person.  I'm sorry you're dealing with this.  If you don't already, it might not be a bad idea to consider going to an individual counselor as well to get another perspective.  I hope that things work out and your H realizes that you and your marriage are the number 1 priority here.

[QUOTE]Have you tried raw Birdie?  I know it's expensive.

No not yet. BIL got us some stuff called Dinovite for xmas that he gives his English bulldog. It smells stinky though, so I let H put it on the food. :)
  • I'm sorry, everyone.  I didn't mean to hijack the thread and make this all about me.

Stacks I don't know if you're still reading but I don't hate you.  Everything you're saying is 100% right.

[QUOTE]I can understand getting upset about that, but that has everything to do with his mom not communicating, not with where he lives. I'm sorry he isn't thinking clearly about this.

I'm still catching up, but this exactly.  I live 20 mins from my parents and last year they forgot to tell me my mom was having a biopsy done (She's had ovarian cysts for most of her adult life so she has them done from time to time but I get nervous every time she has one).  Who's to say they would have told him even if you lived in the same state?

  • I switched my dogs to grain-free about 9 months ago.  They've done well on it, but I'm a little hesitant to make the jump to raw.  I did buy some of the raw pellets that you reconstitute in water for my cats.  That's about as adventurous as I get.

  • We switch Helmut (our Golden) to Blue Buffalo about a year ago.  It is amazing how much healthier his coat looks.  We were told by our vet it was a sensible alternative to raw.  He has had two bouts with a bacterial (he picked up, we assume, from swimming in a local creek) in the last year.  We were advised to feed him cooked hamburger mixed with rice (very bland) but both times it helped him to bounce back quickly.
  • I other random news, Bank of America is finally sending me my overage check.  That only took 6 emails.  I refuse to call.  It's over $1000!  Give me my money you evil bank!

  • Go Kelly, have you spent it in your head six different ways yet?
  • we need to rip out our carpet on our whole main level.  I think we're going to tile it (yes, not too common around here) but with all the animals, carpet is not a good option and any laminate that would hold up to all of them I just don't like.  So, it will go into our flooring fund.
That, or it will help pay for our Napa trip this Spring.

[QUOTE]<strong>Bay -- You did NOT hijack the post. Of course you are allowed to talk about your life here. We care about you and want to help. Never feel bad about that.</strong> Besides, I spent a whole page talking about my dining room. :-P

<div>Ditto Cfas. This is what we're here for, to listen to you when you need someone to talk to. </div>
  • Aw man I just got caught up with this thread. Bay. You know I love you hard. <3 I think it's time to go to a counselor on your own and realize you do not in any way deserve this. You need to put your foot down with your H and tell him you are not moving, you expect him to cut off contact with the whore, and he needs to buck up or get out. I'm really sorry but that is just not how a healthy marriage should work. Lots of hugs to you.
  • I feed my cats grain free food as well. I mostly gave up grains myself so I figured it was silly to feed my cats corn if I wasn't even eating it anymore. I get Taste of the Wild. I like how dramatic looking the bag is:

  • That's the brand I get for my dogs Anna.  My cats are on Pure Vita.  I think that's what it's called.  Do you give them wet food too?  The grain free wet food my cats don't see to like.
    Photobucket
  • No, I've never really given them wet food except one time when I ran out of the dry and the new bag hadn't shipped yet. I don't think they liked it much though, mostly I think it confused them.
  • My dog loves taste of the wild, my wallet not so much. But I wait for the sales and stock up.

[QUOTE]For the dog conversation -- my girl is also on Blue Buffalo. Has been for three years. I will never buy another brand.

Agreed cfas.  Never ever would change it.  He loves it!
  • Sparent, I always order it online (usually on Amazon) and I think it's a little cheaper that way. Of course my two small cats don't eat all that much, I'm sure it's more expensive to feed a dog.

I order my dog food on Amazon as well.  Its definitely cheaper and no sales tax.
  • I have zero motivation today.  I wish I could go home and take the dogs to the dog park.  It's so nice out.

  • Oh Bay.  I'm sorry your H is being a huge, giant douche.  Rosie and Stacks are harsh but it's so true and I agree wholeheartedly with them.

You deserve so much better.  You are an awesome person, we love you and I hope your H realizes what a diick he's being and starts to treat you the way he should.

    Vent any time.

I learn something new every single day.  ::off to surf amazon for dog food::  I have always gone to my local Tractor Supply or Petco to get my Blue Buffalo.  I love the thought of not going out to the store!  Woot Woot!
  • This is off topic but has anyone used MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation?

I need a new foundation but my skin is so dry. I'm looking at reviews right now and it sounds good. Any personal experience with it or other recommendations?
