Are there any recommendations for a ceremony and reception venue in Phoenix for someone on a smaller budget? I'm looking for something "nice and classy" but not outrageous prices. Thank you!

The Landmark Restaurant in Mesa has no fee for using the venue, just a minimum on how much you pay for catering which is provided by the restaurant. We are using Heritage Hall and the Patio, so our min is 3,500 our guest count is 120 and our food and drink cost will be about 8,000 because we are getting a lot of food and an open bar with premium liquor for 4 hours. If you have fewer guests, you could also use some of their other rooms which have lower minimum food cost requitements the hall and patio is the largest option. My parents' had their reception their 24 years ago on a 5,000 budget, so it is definetly affordable.

White tank moutain- It's where I'm having my wedding, very gorgeous. On a moutain, in a secluded group campground. Costs 125 total, but 150 with the sound permit
Sahuaro Ranch Park rose garden/ reception site @ park- The rose garden is soo beautiful a vintage house surrounded with a rose garden that also surrounds the small lawn where you can be married 250 for 2 hr reservation, and then reception site there there are many, I suggest the fruit packing shed, or the ramadas they're about 600-720 to rent for 6-8 hours. It's definately worth the money.
FINALLY! Phoenix lodge- outdoor ceremony with a white arch to decorate, and then indoor ballroom. It will take your breath away. Prices do vary from morning to afternoon. I loved the venue, it costs about 2700 when i got a quote (includes food+ beverage) It's the best bang for your buck thats gonna be indoors. Just my personal opinion.
I have pictures of all the venues if you're interested.
