I am determined to go down the aisle at 130 lbs. I am 139 today and have two weeks exactly. Any ideas how to get this 10 lbs off??? I have been walking an hour and a half every day and came down from 160. I am much happier with my weight but this last ten seems a little stubborn.

Wow, you have done a great job so far! For these last few pounds, I would step up your walking a notch. If you're on a treadmill, maybe do more of an incline. If you're outside maybe do a jog for 30 seconds to 1 minute every 5 minutes of your walk - when my mom walks, she will try and lift weights at the same time too! Good luck!!
Do you use myfitnesspal? It's really awesome. It helps you count calories and helps you adjust for exercise so you don't go too low. If you don't use it, maybe try signing up for that (there's an app for smart phones but it's also online). You can put your limit at 1200 (which is the lowest you should healthily do) and go from there!
