If I go with the invitation vendor I would like to use, I will have to order our invitations before the tasting. I know we are giving our guests the option of beef tenderloin, chicken, or fish, but we have not decided how they will be prepared or what kind of fish yet. Should I try to push our tasting up months earlier than they recommend. Or can I just write Beef, Chicken, or Fish on the response card??
I know as a guest I would like to know how the meal will be prepared so I could decide. But is it not necessary?
