Do you use a ricer or a food mill to make your potatoes? When I make them for dinner at home or small parties I don't mind a few lumps. Normally my mom brings the mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving but she won't be coming this year so I'll be doing them. Since it will be more people, I really want them to turn out and I'm wondering if I should invest in either. I do have a mixer (stand and handheld), and get decent results as noted above.
