OK. So. Didn't you say you already moved one horse? Couldn't you have moved all your "illegal" animals temporarily until you were able to extricate yourself from the situation entirely? Andplusalso, doesn't your landlord know about these "illegal" animals? What's stopping him from evicting you for that? I think I would've taken my chances with the cops evicting my animals just to deal with the issue.
Also, I do agree with a PP who said it's not that hard to break a lease. It can be costly, but you can do it. So, why didn't you just do that when this dog got so annoying. Was it really more expensive than having to board your one horse somewhere else, as well as any other expenses you might have incurred through all of this?

Yeah, it makes the dogs incredibely thirsty. My parents were breeding Siberian Huskies at the time and lost all but one of them. My memory fails me, but I feel like it happened twice and some sicko hit up the other farms around us too. I don't like intentionally hurting an animal. Hell, if I see a deer even though I know it is usually better to try not to swerve out of the way (because you could hurt yourself than hitting it) I still do everything in my power not to hit it.

This doesnt make sense. If your animals are "covered" by your lease then how can they be evicted for being animals? Doesnt that defeat having a lease that covers pets? They are ANIMALS. They walk around. They bark or meow or make noises. Sometimes they ralph or pee on your carpet. Thats why most places charge a pet deposit or pet rent to cover "nuisance" type activities.
I am not buying this, and I still remain disturbed by your total lack of decency and humanity.
