I think AAW taking a random newbs racist comment and calling them trolls as a indicator of how our entire board feels about them was ridiculous. The person who said it had like 60 posts and clearly wasn't getting any attention or support from anyone else.

I dunno, I flame lespaul and star for being thunderdouches on SB earlier this week. Granted, I was sort of asking for it, but they were acting way douchier than me.

I flame everyone in the SO invite thread that said that they would be insulted if they were dating someone and their names weren't on an invite. I will never understand the things that people choose to get upset about. Life is way too short.

I flame meegles too.  You can actually look at that tragedy in two different ways.  Even if no shooter had been present, I still think it's unacceptable to bring a toddler, a baby or any young child to an R-rated movie at Midnight.

Well there's the obvious ones: ILTR's stupid comment, Steffi and macegate.  I agree with whoever said in AYG that the reaction to ILTR's comment was a little overkill.

I totally missed Macegate.  I haven't been around as much this week with school. 

My only flame is the one I said the other day -- anyone and everyone who gets into a fight and uses the phrase "I really don't care".  Of course you care, that's why you're here.

Ya know what is funny, Daff? When I first started posting, I thought your dislike for kids made you a monster. But that was also when I had a 4 year old. Now that Ben is 7 and a super fun big kid, I have no patience for little ones anymore. I totally get you now. Well, maybe not 100%, but much more than I used to.

The frodo or whatever her name was comment certainly wasnt necessary, but I flame the folks who came over here to prank E in the first place.  Unless you have a sig pic of you, I have no idea what your skin color is.  I dont like being called racist just because I had an opinion on a wedding related "issue" that you didnt like.

I flame the girl who wouldnt give her guests a gluten-free or vegetarian meal.

And also? Studying for the bar probably means she likely hasn't been licensed before so asking practicing attorneys who may deal with judges all of the time is probably more helpful.

I'm cool with it. I almost didn't say anything because I knew it wasn't going to be a popular opinion. I certainly didn't mean to sound like I think anyone was downplaying things. I just wasn't focusing on that specific aspect of things.

As for FFF, I'll bandwagon Adamar's comments on all the muni stuff. I don't have much else - I totally missed Macegate and Lily.

My mom just called and we were talking about the shooting.  She was reading an article to me and read "a 3 month old was among those hurt.... why the hell was a 3 month old at a midnight movie?"  Clearly many people think the same thing.  But I will tell my mom she is flamed.

I missed all the SF stuff. I also don't understand why MBuckley keeps postiing here. 

Another MB related flame: I guess I don't get why she was so pissed at her FI's friend for picking a suit he couldn't fit into. This is a generalization, but I don't know many men who know their friends' sizes, let alone know which stores carry which sizes. Yeah, the guy is being a douche for not getting back to him regarding the specific suit, but I don't blame him for not originally understanding why it was a problem. I do blame MB for acting like the guy kicks puppies in his spare time.
