I know ive said it all week, but ever since kiki's post in the secrets thread earlier this week she has just annoyed the piss outta me. I dont know how one person could be so needy and whiney on a message board, but she does it. I dont know if I can take anything she says seriously after that.

She said her secret was that she feels invisible, then when no one acknowledged her, she said something like "wow, thanks alot" (im paraphrasing), and admitted outright she has nothing wrong with saying stuff like that trying to get attention.

I really don't like the new boards, at all. I know I don't post alot, but I used to be on all the time. Now I just pop in once in a while, and I miss you girls. I know this topic has been beaten to death, but I've been waiting for FFF to just say it

Also, I like Kiki, but she has been way off lately.

I'm annoyed at the girls on the Just Engaged and Propsals board. .

They do not know how to handle people with a different opinion. Example the question is "Am I overreactting?". Some of us said yes. Then people were say we are being mean. Really? She asked the question and we said yes.. How is that being mean?

Then they say people are just asking for advice. Umm no, you seem to be asking for vailidation. Because advice means an opinion recommended or offered and that is what we are giving. Vaildation means you want someone to tell you they are right.

and the Krysten (sp?) chick on the DW is just dump. She thought that quoting people's replies in your reply is againist the knot rules??/ Reallly?? You really think the knot would provide a quote option if it's was againist the rules.

I know this is more of a reflection on me, than on her...but when laurenclaire said the other day that global warming was a made-up hoax I wanted to gouge my own eyeballs out and go BSC...I didn't expect such an dumb statement from someone who is seeking a masters' degree ?!?!

I think it's real, but I know many people, some very well educated, who beleive its a hoax.

Wow, I missed that too. That's sad. That's why I tend to stay out of any political type posts. I just can't handle the ignorance and I can't form good responses to it because I know it's probably falling on deaf ears.

Yeah Lynda, I'm right there with you on the Just Engaged board. Good grief. I feel an obligation to keep posting there just to knock some sense into those girls. If you ask for advice, be prepared to get some!

Kiki has always bothered me.

I get REALLY easily irritated by people who ask to be "one of the cool kids" (like roxybadmakeup did when she first started posting)...or when people make a big deal about nothing being involved in puppies and rainbows threads, OR, like yesterday when anna.oskar said "I have a passport but nobody wants me....whaa whaa whaa". Ok, I'm clearly paraphrasing, but still. It's like an instant dislike from me. NOT that anyone needs my approval.

Msmarymac annoys me, too, but less so now then when she first started posting. She comes across as kind of know-it-all, but yet doesn't know what she's talking about.

The Chit Chat board is making me stabby. My IQ level drops a bit every time I read a post over there, and it's really hard not to snark them.

I don't get why people think the bbycakes thing is so cute and funny. This has NOTHING TO DO WITH CACOFFER as a person, as I like her, and it isn't her fault that is her name, but I don't get why people think it's cute.
