    Dear Out of State Client,

Please put deodorant on or take a shower. I can smell you as soon as you walk in the door. It is cold there should be no excuse your armpit smell to stink of the the entire front lobby.

    Thanks,
    Worker at the plant

    Edit for spelling

[QUOTE]Mery -- at a gamer convention in MA, about a year before we met.  She was like 15 and they were waiting in line or something and she was crying because of some drama, and he asked her what was wrong and tried to cheer her up.  After the convention was over, she decided she was obsessed with him, found him online, collected pictures of him and put them on her FB...found my SN and started talking to me about how "perfect" he was (she was particularly obsessed with his eyes).  By that time we were both like "okay, this has to stop".  It was one encounter where he was trying to be nice and she completely went off the deep end because of it.

I wish.  Then there'd at least be a way of complaining to someone.  Or getting him transferred.

  • baystate- Is there anyway to talk to her parents or something? Tell them what's been going on? She's only 17 and maybe they could reign in the crazy a bit.
  • Seriously though, bunny boiling in the future.  If you have any pets, keep those fuckers indoors until she's put on some kind of meds.

I know you think I'm tasty, but leave me the hell alone! I cant take it anymore, and it's only July. The giant, blotchy, red spots are horrid, and they itch like hell!

  • I honestly thought about that.  She lives in NH and doesn't have a license, so it's not like she's a plausible threat.  But her parents either seem to not understand that she's crazy, or they have the mentality of "don't poke the crazy."  I haven't figured out which it is.

She's like the bratty child who sits in the corner and just throws temper tantrums waiting for someone to come and make a big deal of her.  I thought she'd given up; she hadn't pulled any stunts in awhile.  But then the other woman comment came up, and it was like...yay, apparently you're still stuck on this.

Yea. I mean, wow. That's just so beyond inappropriate. Inappropriate isn't even the right word. You might want to think about a restraining order or at least explaining the weight of the situation to her parents.

You can definitely ignore her, but don't turn a blind eye to what's going on, KWIM?
  • Sunshine -- I'm definitely not turning a blind eye to it.  Any written interaction she's had with him or me, or anything she's stated, I've saved.  The good news is that she can never really get close to him physically, because of the distance.  So there's that at least.

It's almost a relief to have people saying this to me, as sucky as it is to be happening, because most people have been all "she's 17, what could she possibly do?  Just get over it!"  But she freaks me out.

  • 17 is not that far from 18, and then they can legally drive wherever they want.  Just sayin'.

Uggggghhhhh...I know.  Which is why it's really bugging me that she started this crap up again.  She had been quiet for like six months.  I thought it was over with.

  • Good. That kinda came out wrong btw. Didn't mean to imply that you were turning a blind eye, just to ignore her but keep on top of it. Which you are obviously doing :)

Yea, I can see where people would excuse the obsession by using her age, buuut this is beyond a little teenage crush here. I'm sorry you're going through this, too. What a crappy situation.

  • No, no, Sunshine.  I knew what you mean.  No worries.

...I realize that I completely threadjacked with my issues with this chick.  I'm sorry about that. Embarassed

  • dear universe,

why did you kill our friend who left behind a wife and a very ill 1-year-old? hasn't his wife dealt with enough heartache and struggle over the past year?

  • Dear friend's mom,

Stop calling her and harrassing her for money.  She's anemic and can't donate any more plasma to make ends meet.  You're 55 years old, not 17.  If you wanted to move to Vegas to be with your new boyfriend, you should have planned ahead, saved money, and found a job.  You shouldn't be sending manipulative text messages and telling her to skip paying her utility bills so she can send money to you.  Grow the F up.

    Sincerely,
    me
