Engagement shoot - DUMBO

Are there any brides here who have done an engagement (or other) photoshoot in the DUMBO area?   My FH are considering this as a location for our engagement shoot, and I was wondering what the best time of day would be to avoid headaches.  We have to go during the week, since our photog is booked on weekends (natch).  :D

    it is an amazing location for photos, keeping in mind of course that there will ALWAYS be people there no matter the time of day. If it is possible try for an overcast day to eliminate harsh shadows from the buildings and you will be golden.

    Dumbo is a great setting ! Just check if the Brooklyn bridge is having work done on it becuase at times it is covered with ugly cloth and it will mess up your pictures. Going during sunset is always beautiful. People are real nice they will move out of the way for your pictures.
