Speaking of which, they told me at the shelter where I got him that people don't like to adopt black dogs. WTH?

I've never heard that people don't like to adopt black dogs. Maybe people think black dogs are meaner? Which is dumb.

This could have been dealt with in a PM, I mean if it was such a concern. Kiki wanted to call BB out and cause drama. Was this issue weighing on her mind that damn much? BB mostly likely won't be back on this board so I guess...mission accomplished.

I have no idea why, mara. They just said they're severly underadopted. I've only had black dogs all my life (doberman, this guy, and a black greyhound).

I think the point though is that a lot of people were wondering the same question. And Kiki used to be a defender of Capri, so I really don't see it as wanting to cause drama. Frankly from the way you've responded in all of the related threads, I'm not sure if you're just anti-P2 for no good reason, or just that eager to move on.

Actually I like P2. I also think P2 is a big girl and can handle herself. I also think there have been worse insults in the past and rehashing this over and fucking over is ridiculous. Calling out someone is not going to make them defense, nope, not at all.

Kiki--I've also heard that black cats are also hard to adopt too. I have 2 black shelter kitties (hard to post photos, they just look like black blobs in photos). They are the most gentle and best cats we've had. We also have a really enthusiastic shelter collie cross who is a true gentleman of a dog. I feel so lucky!

About the other stuff-- I've got my fingers in my ears and am singing "la la la la la".
