Preemptive warning - LONG RANT

Ok woman has been mad ever since we got engaged as I am stealing her only son. Hates the fact that my engagement ring is a real diamond and bigger than .3 carats (shocking I know, hers turned out to be a CZ that when she went to have it reset after her husband died, FI's stepdad).

Anyway she has also said she will not chip in for wedding, cannot afford her MOG dress, and will not pay for rehearsal dinner. Also wants like 40 people on guest list for wedding that my parents are graciously paying the bulk of the reception costs for. FI and I are paying for everything else.

Well she has been promising to pay off FI's credit card that SHE used (they used to have a joint card, don't ask long story). Anyway she maxed out her cards, didn't tell FI she still had access to this one and now won't pay it off. Promised to give us the money and now won't!

We both have student loan debt from law school and med school, I am resident and he is a struggling attorney so it't not like we are rolling in it. But she contiues to cry poor when her home is paid off, she owns a rental condo that is rented out and all of her teaching income is just that, income. She also has money invested that is not a small sum and her dead husband's pension.

Ok, sorry rant over.

HELLO!! Ive been wrapping gifts all night. I have ONE left and its the worst one and I just dont want to do it. Its a box full of beer, and I have no idea a) how to package it so the beer dont move around, b) wrap it without the beers kthunking in the box making for ruined beer. Its a REALLY big box too, so its going to take a lot of manouvering to get the wrapping to fit

Just go to Food Basics (or any grocery store where they have boxes/charge you for a bag) and get a tomato case, or wrap each one individually. That would be kinda funny.

I'm here! Arriving to the post late, as usual. I swear half the time I don't even respond to a post because no one would even see it. I suck.

I just finished Manda's senior page and got the fat check written, form filled out and CD burned. I'm debating whether or not to start on some freelance or just call it a night.

I was planning to wrap each can/bottle individually in wrapping paper, and then wrap the box. Problem is that the box is about 5" taller than the cans so they have a lot of room to go up and down. I might just stuff fliers in there as padding.
